3.2 c&sGPA, 510 (32) MCAT, Clinical (?) Volunteer

Hello. Biochemistry Major, with 3.2 cGPA and 3.2 sGPA and a 515 MCAT. I have 400+ Hours volunteering at a veteran's home at a VA center across 3 years, which I am unsure if counts as clinical or nonclinical volunteer (i assumed the former but I have heard otherwise). I also have 50 hours of DO shadowing and 50 hours of MD shadowing.
