Ivy MD-PhD chances

Hi, longtime reader but first post here. Wondering if you can chance me for MD-PhDs. I'm considering primarily top-ranked MSTPs not so much because of prestige in itself but because I want to go into academic medicine (practice+translational research+teaching) and reputation matters for better or worse. I want to do something engineering-oriented/crossover and I'm looking at Harvard-MIT, Hopkins, UCLA-CalTech, Stanford, and some others to be determined.
