NY resident- chance at top schools..?

Hi there, I haven't began the application process yet, and I was wondering if I should wait a year or so to build my application. I'm hoping to get into a super competitive school, but I'm not sure if my stats stack up. I'm not even sure what my chances are at a less competitive (maybe DO?) schools. Also not sure of my chances at OOS public (even though they claim no in-state bias). I'm looking to stay on the east coast, but I'm willing to expand my horizons. Thank you all in advance!
