URM, 3.8 cGPA, 3.7 sGPA, 42 MCAT, W on transcript

I posted a thread a little bit ago. But I forgot to include one piece of info. I have one W on my transcript. Will that affect my chances at the top schools?

I will be applying this summer, and I was wondering what my chances at top schools (Harvard, Hopkins, Stanford, etc.) are.

School: HYP
Major: Biology, political science (double major)
URM: African American male

cGPA: 3.82 (upward trend)
sGPA: 3.73 (upward trend)
MCAT: 42
