What are my chances at DO and school list help?

Hello so here are my stats:

- cGPA: 3.53
- sGPA: 3.40
- MCAT: 501
Also I took the MCAT back in 2014 and got a 24 which I assume would be a 500 now?
- Herpes virus research (600 hours)
- Volunteer turned Scribe at ER (800 hours)
- Front desk and shadowed at private MD (100 hours)
- America Counts tutor (1500+ hours)
- Shadowed several specialties (100+ hours)

I know my stats are too low for MD but should I even bother applying to any low tier MD schools?
