Is a 3.25 too low to get in anywhere

So I have a 3.25 sgpa from a poor semester, and i've had multiple people tell me completely different things. I've looked at MSAR, but obviously my gpa is the low end of the 10%. I'm super confused right now. I'm including my stats so people can tell me what I should be doing- apply MD/DO, only DO, take a year off and SMP. Thanks.
