cGPA 3.64, MCAT 517, Texas Resident, URM, School List Help

I will be applying to all my state schools, but it would be great if I could get some suggestions for non-Texas schools.

cGPA: 3.64
MCAT: 517 well balanced
~160 hours of shadowing
~150 hours ER volunteer (over several years)
~250 hours of research (no pubs, but very medically relevant if it helps?)

First college grad in the family, Mexican-American, worked through school.

Any advice would be appreciated. Using my LizzyM score I am considering:

Mayo Medical School
Tufts University School...
