Chances of getting into medical school

I just want to know my chances of getting into a MD school. Preferably from someone who has been on a MD school committee.

I have 3.75/4.00 gpa and 508 on mcat. I am a biomedical engineer major with a B.E. And M.S. I have no hospital volunteer hours. I have shadowing experience with two doctors. I have 2 years of research in biomedical engineering. I've done health related (organized blood drives and fundraisers for diseases) and non health related community service (engineering related)....
