I have 58 schools as of now on my AMCAS, please help me thin down

Hi everyone, I am applying this cycle. I have a 3.83 cumulative GPA, high 3.7 science, but a 28 MCAT (9 PS, 10VR, 9 bio). I took it before having ochem 2 and biochem (what a mistake). Anyways I fortunately received the FAP because I am poor and have spent the past few days pouring thru the MSAR. I have tons of state schools that I am applying to --unfortunately my state doesn't have a state school. I selected state schools where they appear to interview/accept a decent amount of OOS...
