I'm applying with a GPA at or above 3.8, a 508 MCAT, a few hundred hours of volunteering, 150hrs of shadowing different specialties, three semesters research, and a good gap year full time job at a hospital. NJ resident. I really want to apply mostly MD, but I have a feeling I should include a few DO schools as well with a low MCAT score like this. I'd prefer to stay on the east coast.
