507 MCAT, uGAP 3.8, PhD in microbiology, Lots of ECs

Hoping for some help with my chances on MD schools this cycle.

• International student
• 507 MCAT (Chem/Phys 130, CARS 122, B/B 129, Psych 126)
• clinical volunteer experience
• non-clinical volunteer in various capacities
• various leadership positions

I am nervous about my CARS score on the MCAT. Which schools do I have a chance? Any help would be great.
