Canadian Pre-Med 3.5GPA 30 MCAT but... (short story)

Hey, I'm about to graduate from U of T, I have references ready, and I'm about to get to work on my first American medical school cycle. I considered DO but it severely reduces my chances of returning to practice in Canada, which is my end goal. As a resident of Toronto I'm simply not competitive here and counted as 'out of province' everywhere else, making a Canadian application extremely unlikely to be met with success.

So here's the issue with my numbers: I don't have a full course load...
