Need Help

I recently got a 506 (130/122/127/127) on my MCAT on my retake, wasn't too thrilled about my CARS score since that was the lowest score I ever got out of my practice tests. First time I got a 27 (10/9/8). Currently I have a 3.65 BPCM with plenty of research and volunteer experience. I was wondering if I still have a chance at applying to these MD schools. I could really use the advice.
