Nontrad trying to fix bad undergrad. Opinions on "chances"

Lot of rhyming in that title. I've been sitting here stressing because I want to become a doctor, but that decision was made late. You wouldn't be able to tell what my aspirations were from college because frankly...there's not much to see. Hardly did anything during my undergrad other than some weak memberships in some clubs. Volunteer work was very spaced out and were really one time deals...

Here are my stats: 3.47/3.37 cgpa/sgpa. Strong upward trend after sophomore year. 523 mcat...
