Reapplicant GPA: 3.6cGPA, 3.7 sGpa MCAT: 513 (130,125,131,127)

I'm a FL resident and also a reapplicant. My Ec's are decent with 100 hours shadowing, full-time research employee with a possible publication soon (>1000 hours), will have near 200 hours of clinical volunteering and near 150 hours of non-medical community service, leadership positions in fraternity, teaching assistant and workshop leader for bio lab and bio lecture respectfully. Last cycle I got 3 II's, all from IS schools. I am currently still on 3 waitlists with not much hope for getting...
