Any shot at NYC schools? Give me all you've got

Hi all. I've got my senior year of college to go, followed by a glide year. I'd like to go to an NYC based school but need to know two things;

(1) is it possible (can I become a decent applicant)?
(2) if it's possible, whats my path forward?

cGPA 3.65
MCAT 517
ORM, Single Parent Household, OOS (NJ Resident)
Research: None
Shadowing: 60hrs split between EM and Plastics
