3.82cGPA, 3.87sGPA, 499MCAT

I have 3.82cGPA an 3.87sGPA. I took the MCAT in May and got a 498. I spent the summer studying and was practice testing 7 to 10 points higher on >10 timed tests, so I retook it on July 22. I just received my score of 499. I am quite disappointed since I was practice testing so much better and even got a 508 on the AAMC practice exam. Now I'm trying to decide what to do next.
