Was planning on going DO, but I just found out I got a 521 MCAT, could I do MD with my 3.0 GPA?

My first two years in college were ****, I eventually figured it all out but my GPA was hurt beyond repair. I graduated and then retook all my first year courses in a community college.

With DO grade forgiveness, I have a 3.54 cGPA, without grade replacement I only have a 3.03 with the repeated courses.

I've got LORs that will allow me to apply allopathic, and my personal statement is already written because I submitted the DO app.
