Application/list advice please! MCAT 518, cGPA 3.46, nontrad, complicated situation

Hi everyone, I'm aware that I should apply broadly but I'm having a hard time with my list - for reasons explained lower down, I'm only looking in the Northeast (New England/NY ideally). I also have a few things that I’m not sure about with regard to my application so any/all advice about anything having to do with my application would be appreciated too. Thank you.
