3.9 cGPA 3.98 sGPA, 514 MCAT, Rural med interest

Hey everyone, I’m a senior planning on applying next cycle and wondering what my chances are, and would like help with a school list. I’m a WI resident and have a very strong interest in practicing rural medicine. I come from a rural area of Wisconsin, have done all my undergrad and EC’s in this area, and would love to come back and practice here someday. I also have an interest in primary care, but that could change. Anyway, here’s my app
