Chance me with a year Mc Kinsey job

I will be graduating in May 2017 and going to work at mc Kinsey for a year. I am planning to take MCAT in April and apply for MD school. I have 3.9 GPA and 3 years of research(one publication) and leadership experience. My goal is to get into tier 1 MD schools. Do i have a chance getting into top MD schools with McKinsey experience give that i get 517 or above in MCAT?
