Chances getting into MD/DO?

Hi All,
I posted a thread before but no one commented so hopefully people respond on this one [please! ].
CA resident, currently have one more semester left, 3.56 cGPA 3.41 sGPA, have not taken MCAT yet.

Clinical volunteering: 2 different hospitals 500+ hours
Non-clinical volunteering: working on it (minimal)

I feel like my stats are low for an MD but are possible for DO?

Any thoughts? I would like to stay in CA if possible.
