Advice: URM, low sGPA, next step?

Just need some advice on what my next steps should be:
URM
cGPA: 3.2
sGPA: 3.1
SMP GPA: aiming for a 3.8-4.0
MCAT: hoping to take in the spring

Shadowing: 120 hours + currently shadowing
SMDEP alum
Medical Trip abroad: 60 hours working with doctors
Research: 2 years, poster presentations
Nonclinical volunteering: 60 hours

Should I look for research, more volunteering, or what?!
