Worried about my grades. Need urgent Advice.

Hi, i am currently a sophomore(1st semester) at my university. I came to united states from abroad. I had done British O and A levels before, in which i did not perform really well. The Alevels is equivalent to AP course here and i got my Alevel grades transfered and they show up on my transcript. Here are the transfer grades,
Gen Chem 1,2-- C
Phy 1,2-- C
General biology--B
Now, at my present university i got the following grades so far,
