Applying for re-admission

Hi all,

I withdrew from medical school in 2011 due to health problems which were undiagnosed at the time. I want to retake the MCAT and apply to US allopathic medical schools. Will they automatically filter/ toss out my application ?

Stats:
undergrad GPA - 3.4
master's GPA - 3.6
three peer-reviewed publications
strong extracurriculars

I want to become a psychiatrist and help others with my condition, possibly through research and helping with medical advancements.

Should I give up?
