Can I get into medical school?

I'm in my sophomore year of college as a premed student. My freshman year second semester a relative in my family died causing my performance to decrease. I ended up getting WD (withdrawal death) for physics 1, general chemistry 2 and lab, and integral calculus. I took general chemistry 2 and the lab at a community college and am planning on taking physics 1 and integral calculus over the summer at my university. After the WD's and my whole freshman year my gpa was 3.42.
