Will I have a shot next cycle? (BAD GPA) Need advice and insight

I've posted on here before but things have happened since then and I appreciate anyone's advice and honesty, no matter how brutal it may be. Here's a little about myself. I am determined to become an osteopathic physician, although my academic record is extremely subpar. Here's my application in a nutshell:

I haven't had the greatest academic record. In fact, in was terrible and my GPA had just a slight upward trend (my grand point average my senior year was 3.3)...
