Hello I was wondering what my chances are obviously but would greatly appreciate any advice you can give.

no research yet and no volunteering, shadowed a doctor for 3 months
What else can I do? I am gonna take anatomy 1 and biochem this semester, still need physics 1 and 2, hopefully GPA will go up.
